Pakistan needs $15 billion to avoid bankruptcy. India has the cash -- it's about Anil Ambani's current net worth. If India can help, and do it nicely -- without making Pakistanis feel bad or threatened -- this could be a good way to wean Pakistan away from the Saudis and from China, both of which have refused to help in any significant way.
