A demilitarized Kashmir
"Moderate Hurriyat Conference chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq" says India and Pakistan have agreed to demilitarize both J&K and PoK and are just waiting for an opportunity to make an announcement. Now wouldn't THAT be phenomenal!

What does this mean? There are no details. Does de-militarization means even militant groups are not going to operate? No mujaheddins from Pak side? Are they going to let the kashmiri pandit's reclaim their land/houses? This doesn't sound anything credible.
