World Cup 2003 Whatifs
I am belatedly getting to know the rules of this World Cup. The most relevant ones right now are 21.9.1 and 21.9.5, especially the latter, which deal with run rates. I have put together a spreadsheet for Group A whatif analysis. It doesn't quite jive with all the numbers I see on the Cricinfo website, but I don't know what's wrong with my spreadsheet.
